ACCESSIBILITY
The access to the venue for people with reduced mobility is possible. Assistance and reserved parking spaces are available. For assistance, please email echo@wearemci.com.
TRANSPORTATION

Metro: Lignes 2, 6 - Stops Yser & Ribaucourt (±10 min walk)

Bus: Lines 14, 15, 57, 88, 89 - Tour & Taxis stop (in front of the site)

Tram Services: Lines 51, 93 - Sainctelette stop (±5 min walk)

Train: A free shuttle is available from Brussels North Station, every 15 minutes, on weekdays from 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

By car: We recommend coming by public transport or considering alternative means of transport to avoid traffic and parking problems. If you come by car, parking is available for a fee at the following nearby parkings: P1 - Picard and P3 - Anna Boch
CATERING
During the whole duration of the meeting, refreshments and snacks will be served, as well as lunches and a networking dinner.
RECEPTION
A Cocktail Reception will be provided on 3 November, at 19.15 at the meeting venue.
CLOAKROOM
A cloakroom service will be operational throughout the event during the venue’s opening times. For security reasons, you are requested not to leave your personal belongings unattended elsewhere.
PHOTOS
Photos will be taken during the event for communication purposes. In case you do not wish to be photographed or appear on the livestream, please let us know at the registration desk to give you a green lanyard. We also invite you to sit in the back rows which will not be photographed.
