Welcome desk

Please bring a valid identity card or passport for registration. We ask that you later on wear your badge at all times for identification purposes.

Catering

During the whole duration of the meeting, refreshments and snacks will be served in the Orangerie, as well as a lunch buffet.

A networking reception will take place after the meeting, from 17:30 - 19:00.

Cloakroom

The cloakroom will be open throughout the event during the venue’s opening times. 

Internet Connection

Please ask for the Wi-Fi credentials at the registration desk.
