Your data will be transferred to the European Commission, the co-organiser The European Economic and Social Committee, and the DG HOME Events Secretariat consisting of MCI Benelux SA, who require your data to manage the logistics of the event. Virtual Meeting suppliers also receive your identification data and, if applicable, your contact data to manage their operations.

Kindly note your registration is being managed by Swoogo, and emails handled via Freshdesk, both with EU servers, and processing your data under GDPR regulations.
